Default Setting
The filter is set by default to Today and Executed status.
The values from Total count, Average amount and Total amount are calculated based on the filter used.
The Balance left is where you can monitor the fund assigned to your disbursement account.
The list of transactions is shown in the Transactions history
Modify Default Setting
You can change the default setting by selecting the desired date range and status.
You can select a different status from the drop down list.
- All - All transactions will be displayed
- Pending - The transaction is ongoing and waiting to be completed
- Executed - The transaction is successfully completed
- Error - The transaction encountered an error.
- Rejected - The transaction has been rejected by the system
The custom date range is only applicable within 31 days. An error message will display if it goes beyond date criteria.
Investigate Transaction
You can Search by the Merchant Reference No or Payment ID.
Clicking on the record will display the Disbursement details.
