Default Setting
The filter is set by default to Today and Executed status.
The values from Transactions, Total amount, and Average amount are calculated based on the filter used.
The list of transactions is shown in the Transactions history where you can also Export a copy of the transaction in .csv format.
Modify Default Setting
You can change the default setting by selecting the desired date filter, date range and status.
We have two types of date filter Created on and Executed on
- Created on - This is used when you want to based on the transaction on creation date
- Executed on - This is used when you want to based on the transaction on execution date
The custom date range is only applicable within 31 days. An error message will display if it goes beyond date criteria.
You can select a different status from the drop down list.
- All - All transactions will be displayed
- Pending - The transaction is ongoing and waiting to be completed
- Executed - The transaction is successfully completed
- Canceled - The transaction has been canceled by the user
- Rejected - The transaction has been rejected by the system
- Expired - The transaction was not completed
No Data Found
If no transactions were made in the given criteria then No results found will be displayed.
Investigate Transaction
You can Search by the Reference No or Payment ID.
Clicking on the record will display the Transaction details.
