Once you sign up with SwiftPay, you will receive your login details sent to your email.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, click the Forgot Password link then enter the registered email address linked to your account and click Send. An email will be sent to your inbox to proceed with your request.

Account Overview

Once you log in, you will see different menus that you can access. Let us start the introduction with the Left Panel Menus.

Left Panel Menus

Various menus will be available to you based on your needs. A brief overview of each menu and what it does is provided below.

Store Selection - This is where you can select and navigate to other stores assigned to your account. You only need one account to manage multiple stores.
Payments - This is where you can see the store’s transactions. You can filter dates and status to review the transactions.
Pay by Link - This is where you can have your own links to send to your customers.
Disbursements - This is where you can see disbursement requests. You can filter dates and status to review the transactions. This is only available to those who integrated with our disbursement service.
Collections - This is where you can create and track collections. This is only available upon request.
Reports - This is where you can download a report of all successful transactions of the day.
Test mode - This is where you can enable test mode to start with the integration process and perform test transactions .
Settings - This is where you can check your Store Settings and Account Settings.
Log out - This is where you can exit out of the account.

Store Selection

If you have multiple stores assigned to your account you can access them through Store Selection. By simply clicking the drop down icon. You can select and click the store you want to access.

Test Mode

This is often used when you have an ongoing integration. You will see a banner on top indicating that you are in Test mode. This will help you to recognize that you are in test mode.
